Ecos Choceň, s.r.o. (Vysoké Mýto)

For Ecos Choceň, s.r.o. in Vysoké Mýto, RECUTHERM s.r.o. manufactured and installed 1 piece of waste recovery unit for the reuse of waste heat. This recuperator reaches an output of 55kW.

We obtain waste heat from the operational exhaust of the KTL baking oven of the painting line and use the obtained heat to heat the chemical pretreatment tanks.

The production and installation of the recovery unit itself was preceded by measuring the input parameters (especially the volume, humidity and temperature of waste heat), designing the optimal size of the heat exchanger and calculating the return on investment.

The recuperator was installed with the aim of reducing energy consumption, saving operating costs and reducing the carbon footprint.
