Frauenthal (Hustopeče) – 2. installation

This is the second project for Frauenthal, s.r.o. in Hustopeče, where RECUTHERM, s.r.o. installed a system to utilize heated oil from hydraulic presses. The solution achieves a recovered power output of 2 x 20 kW.

Heat is extracted from the hydraulic press oil and used to heat the chemical pretreatment tanks.

The installation itself was preceded by a balance analysis to inform the design of the entire system.

The system was implemented with the aim of reducing the energy required to heat the chemical pretreatment tanks and lowering operating costs.
