Fritzmeier (Vyškov)

For the manufacturer of cabins, bodies and safety frames in Vyškov, RECUTHERM s.r.o. manufactured and installed 1 piece of waste heat recovery unit. This recuperation unit achieves a power of approximately 80kW.

Waste heat is collected from the chimneys of the RTO unit and further used for heating the chemical pretreatment tanks.

The manufacture and installation of the waste heat recovery unit itself was preceded by measuring the input parameters (especially volume, humidity and waste heat temperature), designing the optimal size of the heat exchanger and calculating the return on investment.

The waste heat recovery unit was installed with the aim to reduce energy consumption, to save operating costs and to reduce the carbon footprint.
